I enjoyed reading your discussion about Trinity Evidence-based Practice (EBP) Model, particularly the analogy of EBP and a tree. I am not familiar with the Trinity Evidence Based Model so it inspired me to read more about it.

The Trinity EBP model is founded on the concept of “care to support a culture of quality care, clinical excellence, cost- effectiveness, critical thinking, empowerment of staff, and professional growth” (Vranty & Shriver, 2007, p. 162). Besides being designed to focus on the ”art of EBP" (p.162), the TRBP model is grounded from the basic concepts of nursing EBP - clinical practice, values, clinical experience, patient preference expectations and caring.
