Tom Brady, born August 3, 1977, in San Mateo, California, grew up in a sports-loving family. Despite not being heavily recruited out of high school, Brady persevered and attended the University of Michigan, where he played football. As he once remarked, "I didn’t come from a lot of athletic pedigree. I was just a late bloomer who loved playing sports."

His journey to NFL stardom began when he was drafted by the New England Patriots in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL Draft. Reflecting on his draft experience, Brady said, "It’s not the biggest, strongest, or fastest who makes it. It’s those who are mentally tough and always ready to work hard."

Brady's major accomplishments are extensive, including seven Super Bowl victories and five Super Bowl MVP awards. As he famously said,

This is considered a low draft pick for a quarterback. However, he used this as motivation to prove his worth and became one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history. As he once said, "I wasn’t the best athlete in high school." I wasn’t the best football player in college. But I was determined to work harder than anyone else."

A major event that affected Brady's career was the "Deflategate" scandal in 2015, where he was accused of being involved in deflating footballs. Despite the controversy, Brady's resilience shone through as he continued to excel on the field. Reflecting on the experience, Brady said, "You have to believe in your process." You have to believe in the things that you are doing to help the team win."
