What differentiates Toby’s estate from its competitors is the café offers its customers 7 different selections of how they want their coffees to be brewed. Another factor that makes this café stand out from its competitors is the owner ensures that the café roast the coffee beans daily to ensure that customers enjoy the highest quality cup of coffee.

Unlike its competitors, the owner set up a wholesale business in selling premium quality coffee beans and tea leafs to its customers at an affordable price. The goal of this business is to allow its customer to enjoy an aromatic cup of coffee or tea anywhere and anytime. The owner, Toby Smith, promises its customer that all coffee products place are handcrafted and only roasted on demand. The first critical dimension is responsiveness. During our visit to the café, we were taken aback by how pack the café was. However, the staff was really efficient, attending to us immediately when called for. They would also clear our plate once we are done to give us more space to do our work.

The second critical dimension of service quality is courtesy. The service was remarkable despite it being a simple brunch with my friends. The staff was really friendly making us feel very welcome. They were also very patience while waiting for us to make our order and even giving us some recommendation.

The third critical dimension of service quality is communication. The café has a web page to give customer background knowledge of how their coffee is made and the location including its opening hours. The café also connect with customers through social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, allowing us to receive updates and see what the crew is up to behind the scene.
