Throughout history the world's most effective leaders have consistently shared one critical trait, charisma. One example of such a leader is british prime minister(1940-1945) Winston Churchill. One Instance of such a leader is president George W. Bush(2001-2009).During the terror of 9/11 Bush had to command the U.S.A whilst being rushed between armoured cars,helicopters, and even a specially modified jumbo jet. The fact that Bush handled the situation as well as he did is just testimony to how adaptable he is. Similarly, although controversially, it can be said that Joseph Stalin was also a adaptable leader. Stalin's adaptability becomes apparent when you consider the condition his country was in during the assault on russia by the nazis. Russia was poor and their economy was bad and they were at war, but stalin managed to maintain their economy, create an army, and push back the 3rd reich's ruthless invasion. Although Stalin's means of achieving this are questionable it is undeniable that he was a adaptable leader. All in all it is undeniable that an effective leader must adaptable to any situation they are presented
