What is a Foreign Exchange Market? The Foreign Exchange Market, or in short Forex; is a market that consists of global currencies in which it introduces features; such as, buying, selling, and interchanges currencies at the current or determined price. The Foreign Exchange market is recognized the most largest financial institute in the world and it is open twenty four hours a day and about over 5 trillion dollars are traded on a daily bases. In fact, many investors invests their wealth to earn extra income, and to maximize their profits; nevertheless, investors are able to work on their own pace; for instance, they can work in any country, and anytime they want too. In order for this to eventuate, both experience and non-experience traders should appraise Pink 's three golden concepts of autonomy: time, task, and team. According to Seth Godin, "As an entrepreneur, I 'm blessed with 100% autonomy over task, time,[...] and team. Here 's the thing: If I maintain that autonomy, I fail. I fail to ship. I fail to excel. I fail to focus. I inevitably end up either with no product or a product the market rejects" [...] (qtd. in Pink 93). Basically, Godin indicates that, in order to succeed as an individual they must be able to work in an environment where they can work as a team player, manage their plans, and manage on what they do. Experienced investors should encourage the inexperienced investors to make them , think precisely, be available any time, and to communicate with their peers. Presently, the beginners are too eager and stubborn on how to apply the concepts because they are too dependent meaning, they will do anything to purchase products from (not knowingly) scammers that promise them big profits; or automated robots that executes orders automatically, but still does not improve their results. Both diversions involves high risks with hopes of maximizing profit.
