The reporting party (RP) stated the Office Specialist Ignacia Gayton is a very angry employee. According to the RP her 3 1/2 year old daughter along with other children are exposed to inappropriate language. The RP stated the employee is frequently observed yelling and screaming at the teachers. The RP stated on several occasions her daughter observed the employee yelling at her teacher calling her a "stupid bitch." Additionally the child heard the employee yell "fuck you" to the child's teacher. The RP stated her daughter is afraid to go to school and cries when she is dropped off. The RP stated her daughter has started have nightmare and urinating on herself. The RP stated she and other parents have spoken with the director Lisa Dunbar regarding
