In addition to the plant life, the creators of Jurassic Park make mistake after mistake in the cloning of the dinosaurs. The objective is to keep the system simple to save the park money. However, a park full of recreated animals from the Jurassic era cannot be simple. No one knew that one species, the Dilophosaurs, could spit poison at people. The antagonist in the novel, Dennis Nedry, is one of the computer technicians at the park. He was hired by the Biosyn Corporation to steal fifteen of the park’s dinosaur embryos. He hacks into the computer system and shuts it down. He then breaks in and takes the embryos, and he places them in Barbasol shaving cream cans that contain secret compartments. Dennis Nedry, dies when one of the Dilophosaurs
