The Outsiders Movie and Novel are both amazing and awkward. After watching the book and the movie they seem similar. Although the Book and Movie may share some similar qualities they are very different. The Movie and Novel have similar qualities. For example both the book and the movie have all the same characters.Cherry,Marcia,and Bob are all Socs. Another example the movie and the book have all the hangouts.Tasty Freeze,DX station,and The Vacant Lot are The Greasers hangouts.The Socs hangouts are: The Vacant Lot,Front of Tasty Freeze,Hospital,DX station,and One of the major differences is what Darry does to Ponyboy.In the movie Darry slaps Ponyboy,but in the movie Darry shoves Pony.
These characters are brothers but Darry
