Many people walk around Earth every day not paying attention to their surroundings. People’s actions have outcomes, and many don’t even realize the outcomes of their actions. Earth is a planet with around 8 million people living on it, and some say a widespread problem known as pollution could ruin the Earth as well as harm the biotic factors living on earth. While many with the other point of view say pollution is not a risk and in some ways, it can help the earth. Many also include water pollution as a main harmful source on the Earth’s environment. Water is one of the most necessary ingredients in the life of a human being. Humans can’t go without water for long or they will die. A human may be able to last a week without water, but “three to four days… [in] difficult conditions like broiling heat” (Spector, Dina). Water is very important for humans as well as creatures in the depths of the oceans and lakes around the globe. Also, contaminated water can cause many health risks and can even lead to death. Water pollution can negatively affect many countries and their economies because some global countries depend on the ocean for fishing to make money and to furthermore feed their families. Water pollution has many effects on the environment and is another major argumental factors in the constant polluting activity occurring on earth. Pollution is said to be a major issue and many have different opinions on it. One of these opinions is that pollution is bad and harms the environment and the biotic factors living on earth. This belief is very widespread and can be seen all over the globe.
