However, it is more complicated and expensive for the small and medium company to manage their own logistics and warehouse, so they used the outsource companies which expertise in the logistics field to manage it, this is the reason why the third-party logistics (3PL) company to play a major role in this field (Marasco, 2008, p. 135). The advantages of using the Meachers are easy and save. The company provided full range of service for warehouse and logistics management, so it easier for customer who want to import and export can use as one-stop service and save because they have the Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) and Hazardous goods (ADR) certificate, so they can send every types of products and have some privilege at the customs that mean the company can received or deliver quicker than other non-certificate company. However, I think Meachers can improve some of their operation to increasing the services efficiency such as way to arrange their warehouse space, and using more IT system to support their decision making about routing and other problem. Therefore, if the Meacher can improve all of their process, it will increase their services efficiency and reduce their management
