2.1.2 LIFESTYLE The first independent variable is lifestyle. Younger generation, who are influences by the western lifestyles, portrayed through television and advertisement, exhibit a preference for fast food restaurants (Akbay, Gul, & Tiryaki).In the most movies shown that eating fast food is trendy. The fast food advertisement in television use public figure to promote their product and the people mostly teenager, will follow the public figure lifestyle. In this era, people are more toward something that are easy and save time. This is because now days, people lifestyle have change they are more toward outside food that homemade food. This trend of lifestyle had become common even the primary school students know what fast food is. Based on the research questions an objectives that have been identified earlier, hypothesis for the study were developed. From the study framework, three non-directional hypotheses are formulated:
Hypothesis 1
H0 = There is no relationship between students Faculty Business Management in UiTM Campus Bertam lifestyle and fast food consumption pattern.
H1 = There is a relationship between Students Faculty Business Management in UiTM Campus Bertam lifestyle and fast food consumption pattern.
Hypothesis 2
H0 = There is no relationship between price of fast food and Students Faculty Business Management in UiTM Campus Bertam of fast food consumption pattern.
H1 = There is a relationship between price of the fast food and students Faculty Business Management in UiTM Campus Bertam fast food consumption pattern.
