It is a proven fact that showing courage will allow you to have more influence and stronger connections with others around you. In Kelley Kalafatich TEDTalk, she states a quote by Eleanor Roosevelt, “You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face…” To me, this quote means that once you adopt a new and better attitude toward your fears, you will begin to become stronger and turn into the person you want to be.
