The Friendly Babysitter

It was the middle of the afternoon in the small town of mine. It is a quit town in the middle of nowhere. I am the main babysitter around. I enjoy babysitting, and it is the main way for me to get money. My parents Emma and Corl always say, "Amy you need to have a job to get things you want."

I always say, "Yes, I know." I love to hang out with my friends, we always have fun and find something to do. But every other weekend I babysit and I earn lots if money. With my money from babysitting I enjoy driving around with my friends in my new 1980 Dodge Charger. We always play Billie Jean by Michael Jackson. It is our favorite song to listen to.

Today is the day that I have to babysit the new children that moved in a couple miles away. I can't wait because I love children. On my way there I walked like a snail because it was so hot during the middle of the summer afternoon. It took me only about thirty minutes to get there. I sat on the ledge of the window and I held my breath and jumped. I ended up on the oozy warm grass and I just started bawling. I could not catch my breath because I was crying so hard. I eventually sat up and tried to stand up to run back home. But I realized that I could not use my leg, it was broken.

Then all of a sudden, I hear someone yell, "call the cops." I have never heard the voice before. One of the neighbors came running over and asked me what was happening. I then told him the situation. While explaining to him all I was hearing was the sirens in the background. Once the police showed up one of them went inside, while the other police was helping me. I looked at the house with hate in my mind and through the window I could see the family I was babysitting all getting handcuffed by the
