When kids get bullied, it affects their physical and mental health. “Bullying has effects which include mental health, substance, & suicide”(stopbullying.gov). Bullying has these kind of effects because the victims can no longer handle it so they start having health and mental problems and their minds are just full of all of this stuff. “Kids who are being bullied are more likely to experience depression, anxiety, sadness, loneliness, changes in sleeping ,& eating orders they are also most likely to miss skip or drop out of school”(stopbullying.gov). They experience these types of things because they can't find any other way to let out or express their feeling. Bullying affects all genders from kids to teens, they have the problem with bullying at school and some kids online this happens worldwide. One reason that causes bullying is kids getting abused at home and because they get abused, they start turning into a bully and abuse others. Bullying has many negative effects on the kids and teens that are getting bullied, which includes mental health, physical health, suicide, sleeping disorders, & eating disorders. A possible solution to bullying is “speaking up when you know that someone is bullying a kid you can just find an adult that you trust and tell them what's happening”(community-matters.org).
