The company is currently celebrating the promotion of minority occasionally into senior management , but ignore making patterns or acquisition talented in the lower tier . Resegregation is happening because firms that fail to monitor progress towards equal opportunities. Despite the absence of regulatory pressure from the federal government and social actions , many companies continue to embrace the idea of equal opportunity because they value both diversity and equality . Virtue Ethics
Aristotle is given credit for creating the theory of Virtue Ethics. The ethical theory of Virtue Ethics is different from other theories. Virtue Ethics does not analyse the morality of an action unlike deontology. Virtue Ethics does not analyse the consequence or outcome of an action unlike Utilitarianism and Ethical Egoism.
