The Cuts for Kindness ceremony has been a huge success. Fifteen volunteers from our school graciously donated their hair to make wigs for cancer patients. Junior Allison Langley donated 8 inches of hair. She said she wanted to help others after her grandparents were diagnosed with cancer. "It makes my heart feel good. I love it because I'm always looking forward to helping somebody," exclaimed Langley. Mrs.Dixon, who also had her hair cut, helped bring the program to the early college as a way to give back to cancer patients. Our beta club partnered with Pantene's Beautiful Lengths charity for the ceremony. Seniors, Helbert Ramirez, Vanessa Hernandez, Meghan Hembree and Junior Kayla Walker closed the ceremony with an inspirational song, like
