The Apostles had preached the Gospel to Jerusalem, Judea, and Samaritans. Now, the church, partially through the ministry of Paul, whom Acts provides plenty of evidence, is going to emphatically proclaim the inclusive Gospel to the Gentiles. Beginning with the church’s commission over Paul’s foreign mission to revisiting the churches that he had established, the Gospel was reaching the ends of the Earth. 15:12–21 Paul and Barnabas spoke next by telling the council of the miracles God had done with the Gentiles. After, James used Scripture to support the argument of circumcision being unnecessary.
15:22–29 James brought an agreeable consensus to the council. They subsequently elected two leaders, Judas and Silas, with a letter, to journey along Paul and Barnabas.
15:30–35 They journeyed to Antioch. Antioch joyfully received them and read the letter. Prophet Judas and Silas encouraged the brothers there. They returned while Paul and Barnabas remained in Antioch.
15:36–41 Barnabas and Paul decided to revisit the churches they had set. Since Barnabas desired to take John Mark with him, Paul and Barnabas split: Paul and Silas journeyed through Syria and Cilicia, and Barnabas and Mark sailed for Cyprus. Starting the Revisiting Journey

16:1–5 Paul and Silas revisited the church of Debe and then of Lystra, where they found a disciple, Timothy, whom they brought along as the traveled town to town.
