Overview it is easy to assume that the government which has gender parity will be more effective. Innumerable investigations have shown that the benefits of greater gender equality in the politics. However, in one studies, it shown that women need achieve the higher requirements in the elective office compared with men. (3) As we all known, women have been being at weak position in politics. The Challenge of Unconscious Gender Bias
Unconscious gender bias have integrated into our life for many years. Even The 2016 United States President Election associated with unconscious bias. To be more specific, the government can stipulate that women will receive a boon if they engage in the department of government. Certainly, there are many policies can be made to break the gender role stereotypes. But formulating policies and releasing policies cannot be independently carries out. At the same time, government should gradually infiltrate the concept “gender equality” into people’s life.
