Stress comes from many different things that cause problematic situations in one’s life. Stress is the way human beings react both physically and mentally to changes, events, and situations in their lives. By hearing the word "stress" most people believe of something negative and unpleasant. Some people are continuously under stress, that they assume the feeling is approximately normal. Stress will always occur within one’s mind, it is a natural part of life. Different people can handle different stress levels, which has a significant impact on individuals. Stress can affect our bodies and health at various stages either immediate, delayed, and on chronic, causing a way for disease, lowering of the immune response, chronic muscle tension, and increased blood pressure. “Muscle tension, and eventually, muscle atrophy due to disuse of the body, all promote chronic, stress-related musculoskeletal conditions.” Various techniques of relaxation reduces the amount of tension, which causes problems physically. Workplace stress has become an issue employers and employees determined to be challenging. Stressed people might be offensive to their colleagues and they hurt their feelings unintentionally, leading into isolation and/ or bullying. Moreover, stressed people can not concentrate on any task, thus not meeting their deadlines at work. “This leads them into being jobless, putting them at risk for physical illness, marital strain, anxiety, depression and even suicide.” If the pressure becomes excessive, people tend to make mistakes. Stress generally makes people feel so tense. People also can not make right decisions at work.
