The players are wanting it to not be a banned substance in the sports because it is a good way of dealing with the pain of playing everyday. The team watches to make sure they don’t abuse the drug and only use it if they have to because if they use it too much it can affect their play in a bad way, but if they use it just for injuries it would help them be ready to play in every game without aches and pains(“Smoke Signals”).
