In “The Angel Esmeralda”. The author Don DeLillo talks about how people want to experience what we as a person haven’t personally experience. For example, in page 85 when the European tourists came to the Bronx, Gracie’s neighborhood they began looking at the streets as if it was a museum because they are not used to of being a street where the houses are not well maintained, broken cars parked on the street and homeless people laying down on the sidewalks. In my opinion everyone relates to this because everyone wants to have new experiences in their life.
