It is a huge problem in America when people come from other countries and see teen mothers pregnant or with their babies. Teen pregnancy has been studied for many years. Roughly one in four teens are pregnant by age twenty. The amount of babies born in the United States per year is around 250,000. If teen pregnancy were to stop the amount of babies born per year would be 150,000. Teen pregnancy brings huge financial problems on the parents and grandparents of the baby. I believe that I have found a way to stop teen pregnancies. This idea might sound crazy but I have good intentions. When teenage boys enter puberty they will be neutered by veterinarians. Veterinarians say that this will be a quick inexpensive surgery that will fix teen pregnancy. By neutering teenage boys you have solved the problem of teen pregnancy. Girls will not be able to get pregnant when they have sex. This will eliminate the need for condoms. By eliminating the need for condoms it will lower the latex being used in America; this is good for the environment. Now I bet your wondering how couples will reproduce. Before the males are neutered they will put sperm into a sperm bank. When each male marries and is ready to have children the females will be artificially inseminated with there husbands sperm. …show more content…

The tenth sentence has a veterinarian saying that this will be an easy surgery. A veterinarian is looked upon as a high character that has good morals because they are a doctor. Logos is used in the facts about teen pregnancy. It is also used in the solution for the problem of teen pregnancy.
