1.In our science experiment we mixed CH3COOH and NaHCO3 to see if the reaction followed the law of conservation of mass.

2. For our experiment my hypothesis was “If we mix Acetic Acid and Sodium bicarbonate then we will get the same mass as before because you can't create or destroy matter, so therefor it will be balanced.” In the end my hypothesis was correct compared to other expirements.

3. Our data shows are hypothesis was correct because at the start, the starting average was 10.775 grams. The ending mass was 10.55 grams. In the end the average difference was 0.225 grams. Looking at other expirements others had a 2 gram difference between the starting and ending mass. Ours was only 0.225 grams from being equal.
