Loss of appetite, features of anemia, bone pain due to bone metastasis which can be with or without pathologic fractures, neurologic deficits due to compression of the spinal cord, increased urgency, frequency and hesitancy during urination, some also present with feature of lower urinary tract obstruction involving the kidneys and the ureters, enlarged prostate gland during digital rectal examination.
Epidemiology
In 2012, the worldwide incidence of prostatic cancer among other cancers was 15%. The highest incidence of prostatic cancer occur in the Northern America with the lowest being in Asia and North Africa. In the USA, it is the most common non-cutaneous cancers in men. In a lifetime, one in six and five people are diagnosed with the cancer for the whites and the American Blacks
