In order to capitalise on the opportunities listed above the business must conduct extensive research and implement strategies going forward. Steers can capitalise on the high unemployment rate as they can employ more people which will give those people a source of income, train them and pay minimum wage. This is positive as there is more to offer the customers however; this is a weakness because the skills are being spread too thin. For example, KFC is currently the most successful fast food industry. KFC mainly focuses on chicken and has over 771 stores in South Africa alone. Steers must re-evaluate their goals and ensure they keep to flame grilled products.
