Extensive experience in business and project management for new services lines, acquisitions, management agreements and overall system improvement.
Weaker Skill Sets Although exposure and experience to majority of the categories in the competency inventory, it would benefit our company to have others with stronger skills and experience lead or support these areas. These areas are manufacturing and purchasing, finance as it relates the actual accounting process and report development, and all aspects of legal, excluding the real estate portion. . Team Member Support Michael, has twenty-six years of manufacturing experience, lean six- sigma trained and has been successful in turn around companies. He will be an excellent asset to managing the production, inventory management, purchasing and capacity needs. I firmly believe we will require a contract with an accounting and legal firm. The marketing and sales arena is so critical to the business, that even with my experience; I would use my Brain Trust members from JUMP Marketing, Jon Teide and Barret Book. They may require a consulting agreement but this should cost less than hiring them to perform all functions.
