To begin with, supply chain management is considered and known as the management of the flow of goods and services. With so many objectives of supply chain management, it includes the movement of raw materials, Work in process inventory, and last but not least finished goods. Throughout this paper, I will focus on Marketing, Integration with Operations Management. Within this industry, I will provide background information research on the industry influences, pricing with respect to operations management, CRM systems, new products, forecasting, technology, and warrantee with reverse logistics. Marketing industry influences have a strong impact on retail, industrial, non-profit, and others. Many marketing services heavily involve the continuous interaction between a service organization and also the customer. According to Daniel Chng, “Marketing scholars agree that managerial decision making in marketing is important because it affects the likelihood of success for any marketing strategy (629, Chng). Retail represents the activities directly related to the sale of goods and services to the customer. There may be retail used for personal, non-business use, and also to help enhance our daily lives. The marketing industry has a great influence on the non-profit organizations. In order to have an impact on non-profit organizations the primary objective of it has to be defined first. Non-profit organizations bring mutually satisfying exchanges with the target markets. For example, a non-profit organization that’s widely known is St. Jude’s children research hospital. In order for the non-profit organization to succeed, it’s marketing strategy has to be unique in many ways. Meanwhile, pricing with respect to operations management is an important aspect of Supply Chain Management. When it comes to pricing strategies, there are two unique pricing challenges that are often discussed. According to Guowei Liu, “Modern transfer-pricing methods fall into two broad categories: negotiated and administered (Vol 56). With the negotiating prices, marketing industries are face to discuss a particular product. Also, with the administered category, there are strict governing rules that apply to this concept. Furthermore, the customer relationship management system allows the company to enhance their product and service. The customer relationship management system uses a customer-centric model also. According to Khodakarami, “successful customer knowledge creation depends on organizational structures, processes, and personal skills and, but it also requires appropriate information systems that can speed up the support knowledge creation processes. The CRM system allows markets to understand that this may be very vital to our business. Managers most definitely try to establish touch point when it comes to managing interactions with customers. According to Ozlan Ergun, “In some cases, an initial investment maybe need, for example, information technology to support the collaborative relationship (Ergun 1002). In operations management, technology is very important when it comes to business. In order to track down a product, contact some customer, employee, you need some type of technological device. The most important system of supply chain is the logistics information system. This system serves as the link connecting all operational components of the supply chain. Software for handling, mobile communications, electronic data interchange, RFID chips, and the Internet are important for operations. Some companies may accept candidates who hold only an associate 's degree. However, advancing technology and evolving logistics methods mean more businesses require that their supply chain analysts hold at least a bachelor 's degree. The degree may be in business, supply chain management, or a related field. Logisticians often need to have a certification from the American Society of Transportation and Logistics.

Minimum Experience
To obtain an entry-level Supply Chain Analyst position, most employers will require some work experience, which can be obtained through an internship or summer job. The ideal candidate will have at minimum an internship and preferably 1 or more year(s) of experience in a similar role.

Salary Range
A logistician who is a supply chain analyst may make around $70,000 per year. Of course, pay depends on a candidate 's experience and education as well as on the specific employer. The top ten percent of earners in this occupation take in a median salary of more than $112,000 per year. The bottom ten percent of supply chain analysts makes less than $46,000 per
