The personality traits of being a respectful person is the most important thing that everyone must have especially for a gynaecologist. Fitzgerald (2016), a gynaecologist must respect all of the patients, because, mostly women are modest when discussing their gynaecological health. This results in hesitation that may prevent the doctor from giving a thorough diagnosis. So I must be respectful in order to build trust and enable patients to divulge her most private problems. In my opinion, I have to be respectful not only with my patients but also with the staff as I believe that good behaviour and interaction among people around us will help me to become a successful gynaecologist.
