She was forced to go into hiding with her family for 2 years until World War II ended. During these days she would write journals containing what she experienced. In one of her journals she wrote, “I wish I didn't have to go to school. My bike was stolen during Easter vacation, and Father gave Mother's bike to some Christian friends for safekeeping. These chest pains can get worse over time and lead to heart attacks, asthma, and even death. Hence, a positive attitude can potentially extend your life.
Although, I agree with a positive approach a negative approach can show dominance and undermine others. When arguing in a conflict we usually want to be the ones that are right. People who argue during a conflict are the ones who want to look intimidating. They are also probably pig headed and don't like other peoples opinions. For these reasons a negative way can start bigger problems in the future and in the end doesn't solve
