On one hand, most students usually move around frequently during their college life. For example, incoming sophomore have to find their own apartment after their first year dormitory life and they usually have no prior experiences to do that. Instead of calling each campus property management individually, they can narrow down their ideal places by using our website filtering system. For other students, they are free to leave comments on their current apartments which usually covers more useful and reliable information. Put my own experience as an example, once I found a really good apartment which satisfied all my requirements. Before I decided to book it, one of my friend who happenedly living there told me that the property company repairing team responds very slowly. You can tell that I can not access to such information from an apartment showing itself. On the other hand, apartment owners need use our website very often to update and maintain their property information. Our website will firstly provide account verification system to avoid fraud. For UI students who want to sublease their apartments, as we all know it happen quite often when they need study abroad or transfer to a new school, our webiste will verify their UI account. For property companies or individual owner, we would ask them to provide property ownership

The friendship network of my dorm hall is contingent on who roomed with who, as well as what classes and extracurricular activities each individual chose to participate in. Attitudinal behaviors regarding any given individual’s study habits and alcohol consumption varied and affected relationships, but as a whole, students on my hall are friends with one another, although the types of these friendships vary case by case. Correlatively speaking, there is also an overall trend that those who study alone or in the dorm are those who do not condone alcohol consumption and going out. A prime example of this is Jordan and Xara, whom are roommates and friends, but due to their conflicting homework habits and interests, are often at odds with one…

At one point we all end up moving, but when we move it is a hard decision to make, you will need to know what to look for in a house, and if you want to make a good decision here’s my here is my advice. If you find a house with slanted backyard it has some ups and downs like in the winter depending on where you live you have a sledding hill in your back yard and a great place to run and jump down and land in the snow it is the greatest thing and when you hit the snow it feels like you just hit a cloud, but the down side is it is harder to play games in your yard like if you are going to play like capture the flag so when you can trip easier and not juke as well like you could in a flat yard. If you find a house with 3 bedrooms and 3…

The argument presented is flawed for numerous reasons. Primarily, because it is based on the unwarranted assumption that new dormitories at Buckingham College would serve the housing needs of students, and that it will in fact attract new students, rendering its main conclusion, Buckingham College should build new dormitories, invalid. First and foremost, the author of this argument makes the unwarranted assumption that students at Buckingham college actually need there to be additional dormitories. It is possible that most students at Buckingham College are actually commuters and do not live on campus. Espically since it is a college rather than a university, it is highly likely that most students who attend Buckingham College are already from around that area, and would therefore not need to stay in a dorm room.…
