It is used as a guide to help clients make a career decision. After carefully explaining how the process works, next it will be to interpret the results. Before interpreting the results counselors must consider the validly of the Strong interest report(Whinston,2017). Explaining the results are similar to explaining what the assessment is. When presenting these results, the counselor must be able to explain it in a way that the client can understand. Also, it will be important for the counselor to be knowledgeable of different resources that are linked. For instance, counselors must be knowledgeable of the different jobs that are linked to their personality. Career assessments are very useful and resourceful.
