Straight Outta Compton broke many records such as the best R-rated August opening, topped the North American box office for three weeks in a row, the top-grossing music biopic and the highest-grossing film from an African-American director, just to name a few. The movie is filled with action and suspense which gives the movie it's exciting and upbeat mood. This movie has topped charts and made history for its true and and unbelievable plot and storyline which were based on true events. The movie shows the struggle of growing up in troubled neighborhoods and around bad things and people but if work hard enough, can get out of it. This proves Straight Outta Compton is a great movie since it has great reviews and ratings. This proves that Straight Outta Compton is a great movie because people didn’t just enjoy the movie in theater, they watched it at home, on their phones and computers, and on the go.
