When the employees meet with other employees at the first time, it difficult to adopt them because both of them should have misunderstanding between them because of different culture. Spokes of Hope Worldwide (show) is non-profit organization that seeks to broaden access to education by donating bicycle to students who need them and there is Society for New America which is also non- profit organization that assists new migrants and resettled refugees with their transition to live in the United states. For example, while communicating to other people one might look other people in the eye or not however, one person in their culture believe that while communicating to someone eye contact is very important to tract the speaker but other one is not using eye contact so, this impact the communication between people.
• Emotional constraints impact the communication between people where some culture showing their emotion either crying, smiling, fighting or fear. So, depends on different culture between people, while communicating one person react different which lead the problem in their communication. For example, one employees from Spokes of Hope Worldwide do not know the culture of the employees from Society for New America might impact their communication where one crying or having fear depend on their emotion. However, when they know culture each other it helps them to work together as well as possible.
• Way of hearing impact the communication between people due to the different language and translation. For example, words used by one person other one does not understand what he/ she said, in other hand one person get the meaning in their own words which is not good to him or
