When preparing for an outdoor vacation, there are many different things one cannot forget. A few things may come to mind and sunscreen will most likely be at the top of the list. A bad sunburn can ruin a trip, but skin cancer could ruin an entire life. People use lotions and moisturizers everyday, but applying sunscreen is very beneficial for guarding skin from the sun. Choosing from the many brands of sunscreen can be hard. Coppertone Sport SPF 50 and No-Ad Sport SPF 50 are comparable sun protectors, but No-Ad sport stands above the other when it comes to the price, scent, and durability. Durability and water resistance is important when it comes to sunscreen. It is important that consumers are getting what they paid for and getting use out of the product. Water resistance has a time limit, typically forty minutes to eighty minutes (Briles). Coppertone Sport SPF 50 does stay on through sweat and swimming, but No-Ad Sport SPF 50 will hold onto skin through water parks, long bike rides, and many more outdoor activities.
