This song represents how Romeo falls in love with Juliet at the first sight of her. The lyrics of the song are; “Now I’ll never dance with another; Since I saw her standing there.” This reflects Romeo’s feeling after seeing her for the first time in the dinner. He is absolutely fascinated and obsessed by her and he does not want anybody except her. His love is obsessive because he has idea that she will not dance with anyone else except him. This thought is reflected in the lyrics “She wouldn’t dance with another; When I saw her standing there.”

Hey baby, I think I wanna marry you.” Romeo and Juliet fall in love instantly and almost after a couple of hours, they talk about their love at first sight and getting married next day.

I chose this song to represent the love between Romeo and Juliet when they think each other is dead. Juliet drinks sleeping potion and she is put in a grave to escape with Romeo afterwards. However, Romeo sees her in the grave and thinks she is dead. Then, he falls into despair and he drinks poison and dies next to her. When Juliet finally wakes up and sees that Romeo is dead, she suicides by stabbing herself with Romeo’s sword. Both of them died thinking they will see each other again in the heaven in the afterlife. The lyrics of the song directly correspond to their belief. They are; ‘You’re gone now but not forgotten.
