This situation is definitely a challenge because just being a female alone is foreseen as a disadvantage in workforce in comparison with males. According to Gray, kittilson & Sandholtz (2006), economic globalization has mostly negative consequences for women because it confines them to low pay, low status, sometimes part-time jobs that reinforce their subordination which decreases the validity of women’s work in most societies. We as female we must continue to educate ourselves along with encouraging other minority to do the same. It is possible to be head of house hold and provide for a family without being force into property, but it is not easy. Social, family and community support is most needed to help accomplish this
