Now a days most of the companies that have used the social media effectively have benefited one way or another. In the process, the company can increase the products’ sales one way or another. Ford has been able to use social media to engage people into talking about their products, for instance, by creating events that show how powerful the vehicles are. Besides, uploading some of the videos on the Facebook and Twitter page enables people to have more interest in the product. Ford had created a YouTube channel in which they post videos on how to use certain functions of a vehicle, to their Ford. The name of the channel is“One Tank Adventure”. However, Ford as a company has not been able to practice the technique extensively, and the company products require a lot of mechanical advice. Nevertheless, the company takes advises concerning the shapes and some of the defaults of the products.
