Family Description
This family has two children. The oldest child is a three-year-old little girl, BK. The other child is an eighteen-month old little boy, RK. The mother, AK who is thirty years old, is a stay-at-home mom and volleyball coach. She has four siblings that are all younger than her, one sister and three brothers. This is incorporated into their daily lives by a good diet, exercise, and an adequate amount of rest. They eat healthy and make sure they get adequate amounts of liquid daily; eating the recommended amounts of fruits and vegetables each day as well as drinking plenty of water. Sports are also another way that this family stays active and gets their exercise while having a good time. This is especially important to the parents because they are doing something they enjoy doing together while they participating in active sports. AK, a volleyball coach, is very active in her coaching style. Daily walks or visits to the park are also a ritual for this family. This provides exercise for their dog and allows the family to get out of the house and get some fresh air.
