Candidate Holcomb briefed all of the required components of his five paragraph order. SNC also addressed security during the execution of his mission. SNC did conduct a leader's recon prior to coming up with a scheme of maneuver for his plan. However, SNC took some time to come up with a plan for the mission and this was evident due to the lack of time the fire team had to execute. While briefing, SNC appeared nervous and was physically shaking during his order and much of the execution. SNC did not adapt well to the situation and did not execute in a timely manner. When his initial plan was clearly not working, he became fixated on continuing to attempt the same thing over and over and did not adjust his plan until it was too late to
