The centre is part of business childcare services and it is privately owned and operated by Franchisees. Each franchisees have access to the management team who contribute to the values and philosophy of the business, and the operations team that supports all operational and procedural aspects of the business, such as recruitment and retention of staff and providing opportunities for ongoing training and development.

The parent teacher interviews happens twice yearly, and the assisted are provide to the non-English speaking families to participate in the life of the centre through the use of interpreters, accessing information in other languages and our bilingual staff members.
The centre has app called Kinderloop for families to receive instant information on what is happening in the centre to the PC or smart-phone. Families can also accessing information in language other than English, or thorough translation from bilingual staff members.

The centre’s early learning curriculum is based upon the interests of the children within the group and the intentional teachings too, which promote specific skills (such as self-help skills) and knowledge to further develop.

The centre includes children from 6 weeks to 5 years. The children are divide into five groups (from birth to five) according to their age stage, and each of the group has close age gap about one year’s apart. Those groups are: Nursery rooms, Toddler room, Junior Preschool and Senior preschool.
