Sir Issac Newtown was born on January 4, 1643 and died on March 31, 1727. He was a man of science developed the principles of contemporary physics. He devoted his life to science. He also devoted his life to his belief in God and joined the smartest minds of the 17th century. Issac Newton’s mother, Hannah Ayscough, and his father Issac Newton Sr. were farmers. Newton’s dad died before he was born, his mother remarried, and Newton was sent to live with his grandmother. When Issac was 12 he was reunited with his mother.

Issac Newton’s mother pulled him out of school at age 12. Her intention was to make Newton a farmer. Newton failed terribly as he found farming boring and dull. Newton was later sent back to King's School where he finished his education. His uncle persuaded Newton’s mom take him to the University of Cambridge's Trinity College, where his uncle gradated. Newton wrote a book about his theory of gravity called Philosophiæ Naturalis Principia Mathematica. His theory was that the force of gravity depends on the product of mass. He also came up with his three laws of motion. Newton’s first law of motion: an object in motion tends to stay in motion unless acted upon by an outside force. Newton’s second law of motion: force equals mass times acceleration. Newton’s third law of motion: for every action there is an equal and opposite
