Introduction Non-verbal communication as defined by Nonverbal Communication Defined (na), is “communication without words.” This type of communication is everything you do with your body. This means your facial expressions, body language, tone, and even touching. Non- verbal communication can be more effective than what you are saying. It can also be deceiving as you may be saying one thing, but your body may be saying something entirely different.
