Generally, immunizations begin at birth and are continued in regular intervals throughout life. By deciding to not vaccinate their children, a parent must be aware that they are putting their child’s live and possibly the lives of others at risk. There is the likely hood that their child could become infected with the disease. This could cause significant problems for the child; depending on the disease, the child could be permanently disabled or die. Then if that child is around others, it could expose infants that are too young to receive the vaccinations or individuals who are medically unable to receive the vaccine. So, it may technically be the parent choice to not vaccinate their child, but they should be responsible if that choice causes disability or death in their child or
