Hats should be allowed because they really do not cause any harm, and they would help us get to school faster and on time. On https://patch.com/connecticut/waterford/bp--hats-on-at-school is says that “Also, many kids don’t like their hairstyle and like to cover it up with a simple hat. Even girls might roll out of bed in the morning and want to throw on a hat. What if someone got a bad haircut or had a bad hair day? That could easily turn into bullying issues about their hair.” School would be a lot easier, a lot of kids are late to school because they are not done getting ready in the morning.

All things considered, the hat isn’t a very good hiding spot. The most common argument given on behalf of the hat/hood policy is that they can be used to obscure faces from security cameras and distract others. While this is certainly true sometimes, I don’t think it justifies not letting students wear hats of any kind. Many hats are usually not very big.…

The debate on whether schools should either adopt dress codes or not has become a popular trend amongst schools, parents, and students. Although quite a substantial number of students including some parents do not agree with dress code enforcements stating that it would restrict their right to self-expression, the benefits of having such a dress code greatly outweigh the few negative aspects. Perhaps more importantly, the core reason students attend learning institutions is to learn, and it is true that dress codes do not restrict learning whatsoever. Dress codes will restrict what each student choses to wear through such a limitation, but it will also instill a respectful behavior, individual discipline, and prepare the students towards the outside world.
