Children need to learn about slavery and how mainly white people held black people against their will to work and how we forced the Indians to walk thousands of miles just because we wanted their land.We have this First Amendment right so we can say whatever we want to and not get in trouble because we live in America.“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances”(The United States Constitution sec 1). This is the 1st Amendment of the United States of America, it says in a summary that as an American we are allowed to say whatever we want to and be protected.
