Zoos

Did you know that most zoos are treating animals vary badly? Well some people believe that zoos are very good to the animals. I disagree because the zoos use the animals for selfish gains, ill handling of animals and also suiravel of the fittest. In my opinion animals should not be held captivity because most of the animals there can change to sick and also are upset for the people who see them in the zoos. To begin zoos often just want make money off the animals by not paying workers or giving animal’s proper care that need like for example animals need their natural habit for the animals. Most zoos have budgets for the animals but if people just left and the animals alone that survive by the kept in the wild ware the animals

Also would cost a lot money to treat those animals and put them to sleep or for example someone see the sick animals then turn them in. Next fact about animals stop moving if the animal stops have a fewer, now that is for most animals so I think the animals just develop sick and tried for people taping on the glass.

In the third place is difficult to replica the animal’s natural hobbit so the animals do not feel happy or safe at all and come to be upset. Also animals are not even getting feed their natural food the animals are getting different foods mixed together that if animals were not in the wild animals would be getting feed their normal food. Plus the animals can start develop sickness from other animals at the same zoo or were they buy the animals from. By the stuff going around the zoo and then killing off most of the animals at the zoo.

In conclusion zoos are not very good for animals because animals should not be held in cavity. Zoos are not vary amusing for animals because of selfish gains, ill handling of animals and also very too hard replica animals natural habbit. Therefore zoos should not be allowed to keep these animals in cavity only if animals are very

To be honest, this is basically slavery as the corrupt owners abused their animals for their own selfish gains. Others may think that animals are more protected in zoos than harmed. Though this is true for some zoos, there is still an enormous amount of them that cause more problems rather than resolving them. An article from Vice tells us that a study in the UK showed that 75% of the captive elephants in the country were overweight, and only 16% could walk properly. If you aren’t blinded by your opinion, you can clearly see that the majority of these…

The question of the impact of captivity on animals remains one of the most challenging and controversial over the several decades. Some people disagree that zoos are an important part of animals conservation as they believe sanctuaries in animal's native habitat would bring more positive results as animals suffer from the constant human presence and lack of space. Others argue that zoos provide animals with even better conditions than in the wild and that without zoos many conservation programs would not exist so that for endangered species it is better to live in captivity than become extinct. Both opinions can exist as there are many zoos in the world and their facilities contrast greatly. It is obvious that ill-designed zoos does not serve…

I have not been to zoos often, but when I have I have never witnessed animals in cages, particularly not the generic metal bar cages that are often seen in movies. Animals are kept in natural exhibits, with glass or open areas for viewing. Laidlaw eventually concluded that zoos should either improve their bad habits, or face losing their jobs. I am in agreement with this statement, however, I feel that most zoos do not have to face this choice as they are doing fine as it…

Though, I know the establishment of zoos gave people the opportunity to see and learn about different animals from around the world, they play a role in animal conservation and education. It is a way of preserving species of animals that may become extinct in the future. What we do not realize is by keeping these animals in confinement, it is an act of cruelty and we do not know what takes place behind the scenes of the shows and displays of these animals. Studies have indicated that confined animals living with uncommon social groups, different climates, and unsuitable diets, unlike animals living in the wild, can lead to animals suffering from psychological and physical problems such as zoochosis. Zoochosis is a kind of behavior common in…

In these zoos, animals are treated cruelly and are killed for no reason, animals go through mental/psychological disorders, and lack the nutritious values that are only given to them in the wild. These reasons prove that zoos need to be shut down and these helpless animals deserve to live and thrive in the environment and habitat they come from. It is disturbing to think of how positive zoos are seen and how they are a popular attraction for people of all ages. Next time people go to a zoo, they should look closely at these animals and see the misery and depression in their…

Have you ever wondered what happens to animals in zoos, aquariums, and circuses after closing hour? People spend hundreds of dollars coming to these facilities with their families as a “fun” trip. People of the world are contributing to these animals facilities without even knowing what really happens to these animals behind closed doors. Animals are just being treated as props and not as living animals, and it is about time people realize this and make a change. I believe all zoos, aquariums, and circuses should be shut down, because the living conditions are atrocious, humans can go insane in these condition therefore so can animals, and last but certainly not least forcing animals to do such bizarre “tricks” is wrong and unsafe.…

People say animal captive is dangerous to the animal. People say zoos are better for animals because it keeps the population of that animal up that way it doesn’t go extinct, but i think the animals should be the wild unless they are tameable animals like dogs, cats, and horses. When the animals are in the zoos they can get small area to climb, fly, swim, roam, or run. If the animals in the zoos were in the wild they can mate, find food, or find water on their own. I have three reasons, why it is important for the animals to run wild, people cutting down trees in the wild, and when they are confined it has a negative impact on their behavior and health.…

This is all wonderful, but there are many downfalls to zoos as well. A few of those such downfalls are lack of natural living, increased stereotypes, and increased stress. A lack of natural living refers to both the environment and the animal’s behavior. A zoos enclosure may come close to many of the animal’s natural habitat but they are not exactly the same as the animal’s natural habitat (animalsupport.org). Also an animal’s natural behavior will be affected by being in a cage (greengarageblog.com).…
