I decided to go to Kmart to look at their selection. When I arrived at Kmart, I headed straight to the infants section. On display was this beautiful dark cherry wood crib with a changer attached. I knew this was the crib I had wanted to buy; it would look wonderful with the rest of the furniture in my daughters’ room. Unfortunately, there were no more cribs on the counter. After looking for fifteen minutes, I was able to locate an employee. This employee was standing by the fitting room, behind a fixture of clothing on her cell phone. She looked up and asked “Can I help you with something?” in a snotty voice. I told her what crib I wanted and asked if she had more in the back. Fifteen more minutes passed and she was nowhere to be found. I was quit frustrated at this point, when an older employee came up and ask if she could help me with anything. I explained what I wanted and she went to the back and found the crib I had wanted. I explained to her that I wasn’t done shopping and she took the crib up front for me and explained to me that when I got to the check out to tell them the crib was mine. When I got up front and paid for my stuff I had to wait another 15 minutes so they could find someone to load the crib for me. I have never in my life had such bad customer …show more content…
However, that changed when I went to Sam’s club for some party supplies. I had gone to Sam’s club to get some stuff for my Halloween party. When I had arrived I was overwhelmed because I was on a time constraint and didn’t know where anything was. This really nice employee approach and ask if she could be of assistance to me. I showed her my daunting list of supplies I need and explained I was running out of time. This employee walked around and showed me exactly where everything was. She then took me to the registers, where I figured I would thank her for assistance and leave, but to my surprise she stayed and helped me load my heaping cart into my car. I was astonished at how amazing she made my shopping
