On Friday, November 14, 2015 at or about 0048 hours 2900 Stirling Road (Taco Bell) which is located within the jurisdictional limits of the city of hollywood, within broward county and the state of florida, Shahzad Qazi unlawfully and willfully obstructed this officer (officer alban #3359),who is a duly qualified and legally authorized enforcement officer of the hollywood police department in the lawful execution of a legal duty, then being performed by said officer`s to-wit: tensing, pulling bracing while attempting to place the defendant into custody, in that said defendant did attempt to break away from the above mentioned officers and my control. Without the said defendant offering or doing violence of officer`s involved.
This officer was in a fully marked police unit, wearing a fully identifiable Hollywood police uniform when this incident occurred.
On the above date and time I was dispatched at the above location in reference to a male, later identified as Shahzad Qazi, herein after referred to as the arrestee, was refusing to leave the above establishment and was becoming aggressive. This officer then escorted the arrestee out of the establishment, to get the arrestee information and place the arrestee information on a file as being trespassed warned. The arrestee then stated "what do you want, I’m not doing anything wrong", and attempted to proceeded to walk away from this officer. This officer then guided the arrestee to sit on the ground by grabbing his left wrist and left shoulder.
