When reading the quote from Einstein, I related this to my own personal experiences. His quote emphasizes hard work and knowledge acquisition. A person is not able to be successful in a field without obtaining a certain amount of knowledge in that subject. This knowledge, I believe, comes from becoming educated and learning through life’s experiences. I can relate to this because, I worked hard to become educated and knowledgeable academically. I have demonstrated my ability to overcome perceived barriers and maintain commitment and passion towards getting a higher education. I was able to overcome these obstacles by motivating myself to take advantage of the educational opportunities that I was present. I also overcame these obstacles by taking initiative to learn more, work hard in school, and gain as much relevant work experience as possible.
All of my experiences helped shape the person I am today. Although, it may be harder to achieve a goal due to circumstances, I am a firm believer that determination and hard work will allow you overcome these barriers.
