Señor Lynch Reflection

Decent Essays
Dear 2017-2018 students,

My experience in Señor Lynch’s class was really easy. The work he gave the class was really easy hat I would finish before class even ended. All you need to do to pass his class is turn everything in and stay on top of your work. Señor Lynch’s class is the easiest class if you speak spanish but if you don’t you will struggle on some things because you obviously don’t know spanish but as long as you pay attention and do the work you will pass. His class was really easy for me that I had an A all year long. The work is all sorted out that all you need to do is read the directions and do it. Señor Lynch gives you until the end of class to finish the class work and he never gives you homework. If you slack on doing the work you

Never say that you are going to do the work at home because it will be considered late and it will be homework for you and it will effect your grade. Señor Lynch was generous enough to give us until the end of the month to turn in late work so if he does the same for you do not take that for granted. All you have to do to get an easy A is do all your work on time, don’t talk in class so much, and just make sure you study for the quizzes or tests. The way that helped me memorize the words and but them in the right order that they go in was doing Quizlet. Quizlet really helped me this year because it gets you ready for the tests so do it and focus and don’t just set your mind on finishing it quick just try your best remember it. Señor Lynch is also good at the way he explains things. Never take his teaching for granted because it will help you with passing the class. I prefered this class more than any of my other classes because Señor Lynch is chill but do not make him mad because he can be mean if you push it. Señor Lynch gives you so many opportunities to get a good grade that if you do

While at some colleges there are some professors that do not accept late work, in this class the instructor was very understanding and allowed submission of late work for reduced credit. As stated in the syllabus for this class, “Final drafts of Major Assignments may be submitted late for reduced credit. Your grade will drop a letter grade for every 24 hour period the assignment is late. Short assignments may be made up for half credit only” (Kouider, 2014). Although students should submit work on time to be academically successful in this course the instructor is still willing to be understanding to the issues a student may face.…

Psychology so far hasn’t been too bad so far during the semester. I thought at the beginning this class would most likely have been by far one of the most challenging classes I have taken coming from have taken only some AP courses and Honors classes during high school. Currently I am sitting at an 93.1% (270/290 points) in the class, which isn’t what I want to be at which is at least a 95%, but I can build on that and improve my scores throughout the semester. Coming into the class, I looked at the point breakdown from the syllabus and calculated mentally what I would need to get in each category to maintain an A, but also have an A by when the final comes so I wouldn’t have to take the final exam. Ultimately that is my goal for this course,…

Most of the students did really good, one student, in particular, asked to sing the song with the dynamics event though they not there yet. The class only has four boys and one of them is really struggling especially with the high notes.…

This year you will be taking the first Capstone class, Seminar. During the course, you will complete a team project, an individual paper and presentation, and take a final AP exam. The best advice I can give you for getting through all of this is to never procrastinate because all the due dates will sneak up on you, so even if you are confident you can finish the projects in one week it is best to fully use all the time you have to guarantee a passing score. Also, throughout the year Mrs. Reyes will give you various tools (cheat sheets) to help you for your papers and AP test; these are extremely important and I highly recommend you read through all of them carefully to the point where you can basically recite it in your…
